AM Testing

a. Find 8RM Rear Foot Elevated Split Squat per leg @3010: 45# KB each leg
b. Find 8RM Powell Raise per arm: 10# each arm
c. 100 walking lunges for time: 2:26
Note: Started feeling slight fatigue at 50.  Most fatigue felt at 75.
d. Tabata sit-up (feet anchored): 16, 15, 16, 15, 15, 15, 15, 14

AN Testing

a. Find 1RM Power Clean: 185#
Note: caught 190# in squat
b. 8min AMRAP PC @ 85% 1RM: 18reps at 165#
c. 60sec at 100%x3; Rest 5 minutes: 299m, 302m, 301m
