End of Testing & Beginning of Training!!

Breakfast:
3 large eggs
7oz golden potato hash browns
3 pieces of bacon

Lunch:
1/3lb ground beef 80/20 with cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, minced onion, paprika, yellow pepper, orange pepper, green pepper
1 1/2 cup of romaine lettuce
1/3 cup? guacamole
5 grape tomatoes
3 pieces of bacon

AN testing:

a. 1RM front squat 190#
b. 1RM deadlift 255#
c. Forward lunge BB on back 6-8 each legx5 @ 20X1; Rest 3 min between legs:
85, (8); 95 (8); 100, (8); 105, (8); 110, (8)
d. GH Raise 10 reps x3 @ 2222; Rest 90sec
Note: red band first 2 sets 6reps rest 4reps; last set blue band unbroken
e. 30 Second Row @ 2:10 Pace Rest 30 Seconds x 16
2:10 pace: average time: 2:13 first 8 intervals; 2nd 8 intervals 2:00pace average time: 1:58

Rest 5 Minutes between 8 and 9th set  (record avg pace)
