a. 3RM push jerk: 170#
Gymnastics for 30 minutes: worked on handstands and handstand walks
b. Snatch balance: 1.1.1×5 10sec rest; 2 min rest b/t sets: 65, 75, 85, 95, 105
Note: Knees were tight so I stopped and voodoo flossed b/t sets 1 and 2. They were about 85% after that so I kept the weight low and focused on form.
c. 2 RM hang squat clean: 170#
Notes: 170 was perfect form, controlled and stable. Successfully completed 175# once and failed in the bottom of the squat on the second rep

400m run 95% effort
rest 3 min; keep each set same pace
Pace was hard to maintain. I have a hard time with pacing running. Need to work on that although my pace was the same on C2B and T2B!
