Breakfast:
I eat literally the same thing every day..
3 eggs over easy
1 sweet potato
4 pieces of bacon
pumpkin seeds (4ish handfulls)

Snack:
1 cappuccino lara bar
1 Nick’s Sticks

Lunch:
2 burgers, grilled plain with simply heinz ketchup
2/3 bag of carrots
guacamole
1 blueberry lara bar

Dinner:
1 chicken breast
1 sweet potato
10oz mix veggies

Training:
OFF or 30:00-60:00 AirDyne, row, hike, or swim @ Z1

Protein shake:
1 scoop Dymatize Pursuit Rx Chocolate Whey protein
1/2 scoop maltodextrine
1/2 scoop dextrose

Snack
1 small bag of buttered popcorn (not sure what kind, was at an outdoor movie)
3 tbs almond butter
