Breakfast:
3 eggs over easy
4 pieces of bacon

Lunch:
Rolly Poly
California Turkey Wrap (gluten free tortilla)
*no ranch, no cheese, no mayo, no chutney
1 cup of classic chili, plain

Snack:
A somewhat unhealthy amount of pistachios..

Testing:
A. Power snatch, build to a max: 145#

7-5-3-1 for time:
Snatch (any variation), 105-115-125-135 *use 4 separate bars
Box jump, 30
Time: 4:58, totally f’ed up :/ I did the box jumps first.

1 scoop whey protein
1/2 scoop maltodextrin
1/2 scoop dextrose

Dinner:
2 cups of ground beef + ketchup
then.. same thing as my breakfast with a large sweet potato
