Snack:
Blueberry Rx bar

Breakfast:
3 eggs over easy
4 pieces of bacon
1 banana
10oz water

Lunch:
ground beef with ketchup
2 cups white rice with coconut aminos
1/2 bag of carrot chips with homemade guacamole (1 avocado, 4 tbs salsa, salt)
2oz Vemma
16oz water

Snack:
Coffee Rx bar
8oz water

Testing:
A. 1 snatch balance + 1 overhead squat, 6 x 1 @ moderate & fast loads; begin a set every :60
75, 85, 105, 115, 125, 135

B. Weighted pronated-grip pull-ups, 3 x 2-3 heavy, 21X0; 2:30 rest
15 (2), 20 (3), 25 (3)

49 pull-ups
7 overhead squats, 125

Notes: did most pull-ups in sets of 7, last 2 sets broke up; unbroken OHS

5:00-10:00 AirDyne easy cool-down

Post WOD:
1 scoop chocolate whey protein
1/2 scoop of dextrose
1/2 scoop maltodextrin
10oz water

Dinner:
3 eggs
3 pieces of bacon
2 tbs almond butter
2 cups of white rice with coconut aminos

Sorry I am boring when it comes to eating guys, I’ll try food prepping some fun recipes for next week to switch it up! 😉
