Breakfast: 
3 eggs
4 pieces of bacon
2 cups of rice w/ coco aminos

Snack: 
Cappuccino lara bar
1 banana
2 tbs almond butter

Lunch: 
2 cups of paleo taco meat (ground beef 80/20, cumin, paprika, chili powder, garlic powder)
1 avocado w/ salsa and salt
mixed veggies with salt and pepper 

Training:
Off, strained back.. from sleep?  I’m totally fine, got adjusted and ART and was told to not sit or bend over too much. I’ll be 100% by tomorrow. 

Dinner: 2 cups of ground beef with ketchup
8oz brussel sprouts
8oz unsweetened apple sauce with cinnamon
