1 sweet potato

Snack:
1 banana
1 cup of red grapes
1 Nick’s Sticks
1 cappuccino lara bar

Testing:
A. Squat snatch, build to a max: 170# PR!

double chicken
white cilantro rice
grilled veggies
grilled zucchini and squash
verde salsa
guac
32oz water
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
