Breakfast snack:
1 apple
1 cappuccino lara bar

3 eggs
3 pieces of bacon

1 brat, plain [random, but someone gave it to my at the gym! Someone knows the key to my heart ;)]
1 cup of unsweetened applesauce with cinnamon

Paleo Meatloaf
2 cups of white rice with coco aminos
1 peach

A. 1 tall snatch + 1 high hang squat snatch, build to a tough set in 10:00 (will be limited by speed of tall snatch): 125#, not sure if the tall snatch is perfect or not I bent my knees a little to initiate it.

B. Squat snatch, 10 x 1 @ 125; begin a set every :45  only failed 1st attempt, the rest were easy
C. BB front rack walking lunges, 3 x 12-16 total steps; 2:00 rest: 105 (16), 115 (16), 120 (16)

Post WOD:
protein shake w/ dextrose + maltodextrine

Giant plate of zucchini pasta with avocado sauce and extra salt
Giant portion of paleo meatloaf, about half the pan 🙂
