Breakfast:
1 coffee rx bar

Lunch:
3 eggs over easy
3 pieces of bacon
1 sweet potato

Training:
OFF

Dinner:
Protein shake w/ dextrose + maltodextrin
Large bowl of garden fresh snow peas
1 cup of applesauce (unsweetened) with cinnamon
1/2 bag of sweet potato chips
2oz Vemma

I was really out of it-took a nap on my breaks and wasn’t very hungry all day due to the heat.  Long day, running on very low sleep.
