AM
A. Hang power snatch, build quickly to a 3RM: 125#, shut down-wrist spicy
B. Clean-grip deadlift, 24 x 1 @ 205, begin a set every :30
C1. DB bench press, 3 x 5-6, 21X1; :60 rest 45’s each hand for six each set
C2. 1-arm DB row, 3 x 6-8, 21X1; :30 between arms, 2:00 rest 35 for each set

Notes:
I did 3 sets: 20cals, 19cals, 20cals and came extremely close to throwing up. I always feel sick from AD but never had to stop because of nausea. Sucked.

Pre WOD snack:
1 mixed berry baby food pouch

Afternoon:

Lunch:
beef skewers w/ onion, cherry tomatoes, and peppers
1/2 sweet potato
2 hard boiled eggs w/ salt
1 blueberry lara bar
