Breakfast:

3 johnsonville sausage links (original)
1 medium sized banana with 1 1/2 tbs? cashew butter
1 large pear

Lunch:
4oz chicken breast
1 cup of California medley veggies
1 medium sized sweet potato
2 tsp cashew butter

Dinner:
Japanese:
Rainbow Sushi Roll
1 chicken with plum sauce stick (tiny)
1 pork wrapped asparagus stick (tiny)
1 medium sized banana with 2 tbs cashew butter

12min EMOM:
1st minute: 6-8 strict toes to bar
2nd minute: :45 wall facing handstand hold, only nose & toes touching wall
3rd minute: 50 double unders

Every other minute for 18minutes:
1 push press
1 push jerk
1 split jerk
135#, 140#, 145#, 150#, 150#, 150#, 150#, 150#

Every other minute for 16minutes:
1 high hang clean (all squat)
1 mid thigh clean
1 clean
135#, 145# x4
I shut this down after 5 sets, quad flared up again

3 sets:
100 double unders
10 power cleans @ 155#
20 chest to bar pull ups
rest 4min
