B. Squat snatch, 12 x 1 @ 85-88% 1RM; begin a rep every :40
This was SO HARD! But I loved it 🙂 Started at 145# and failed a lot so I went down to 135#.. 2nd to last rep did 145#, last rep did 155#

9 CTB pull-ups
8 burpees w/jump to target 6″ above standing reach
20 double-unders

Stayed super consistent–unbroken c2b every set just tripped once on the du
