Breakfast:
1 cup of roasted in shell pumpkin seeds
10oz coffee
1 OMB (blonde)

Lunch:
Breakfast skillet: hash browns, sausage, bacon, ham, 2 eggs over medium, peppers
1 whole english muffin with strawberry jam 🙂
10oz water

Eric didn’t want me to do anything but aerobic training today so I was fresh for tomorrow.

8 sets at 85-90% aerobic
20 cal assault bike
5 burpee box jumps
200m row
:45 sorenson hold w/ 15# plate
100m run
20 unbroken double unders
rest 1 min

It took like 58minutes? I feel great, kicked my butt in a good way 🙂

Protein shake:
Progenex chocolate recovery w/ 10oz water

Dinner:
4 paleo turkey meatballs
2 cups of sweet potato with bacon
1 carton of raspberries
1 cup? of baby carrots
